Really helpful chap who owns it. Fire arrived on time as promised. He contacted us several times to update us with delivery. Great selection. We visited many many shops and this was the only one who had what we wanted.

Purchased new fire & fireplace in March. Jon was really helpful, gave us lots of information. Fire fitted on 2nd May, very professional Luke and Pete. Did a great job and most of all our new fire is fantastic. Would highly recommend the Company.
